It is almost Pride week, and what better way to kick off the week than with a Burlesque workshop?! 🕺🏻Whether you have always wanted to try Burlesque or are just slightly interested: now is your chance to sign up for the workshop given by Bustie La Tish! There is a maximum of 20 participants, so don't wait too long!

Burlesque is the art of tease, but it is also so much more than just fishnets and boas. We often think of glitter dresses and pin-up poses, but this art form has always been a place where rules are broken and gender can be played with. It is a celebration of self-expression, sensuality, and joy for everyone and every body.

❓What you can expect:

- A brief history of burlesque

- Feel-good affirmations to boost your body confidence

- A fun warm-up

- Basic burlesque moves with playful variations

- Time to practice, adjust movements, and find out what feels best for your body

👠 What to wear:

Come in clothes you can move freely in and that make you feel good. You’ll need one item with sleeves and a front opening—think a bathrobe, blazer, button-up shirt, or cardigan. This will be the only piece of clothing we remove in class (no nudity needed, promise!). Want to wear lingerie or dancing heels? Go for it! But only if it makes you feel good.

No dance experience? No problem. This workshop is about feeling sexy and confident, not about fitting into a specific image. Every movement can be adapted, and the only rule is: If it feels good, do it right

P.S. It is an open activity, so bring your friends, acquaintances, colleagues, etc. along to introduce them to the association!
